   Recently, a new resident appeared on the island "Kingdom of Creativity". Her name is Skyler. She makes designer hair ornaments and hats. Skyler likes to do hairstyles.




  Skyler made different hairstyles for the inhabitants of the kingdom. The girl likes to use wooden curlers to create hairstyles. 




The girl creates beautiful hair ornaments and hats.

Hair curlers for dolls help to make different hairstyles.


This photo shows Charlotte. She is very photogenic. Curlers are clearly visible on her hair. I will tell you about Charlotte later in another post.

How to make wooden hair rollers/curlers for dolls? I made them from food skewers. If you are interested, you can watch my video DIY "Barbie hair rollers tutorial: How to make wooden curlers from food skewers".

Here's what you'll need: food skewers, elastic thread, PVA glue, and tools.

I will not use hairspray or any other products to fix the hairstyle. After a few days, the curls will disappear. I will be able to use these hair rollers again.

   I bought this doll a year ago. I kept a photo of its packaging. This was my first Barbie with a pixel face. It took me a while to get used to it, and I don't particularly like it, but I've decided to add her to my doll collection. I have another Barbie Extra doll with a pixel face, and it has been in the box for a year. I hope to open a box of Barbie Extra soon.

My name is Inesa. I design clothes for Barbie dolls. I spend a lot of time in my workshop. I am creating a miniature kingdom called «Kingdom of Creativity» where craftsmen, cooks, fairies, mermaids, and elves live. I love designing clothes for these characters.

    Beautiful head pieces.

Barbie figure skater and ice rink

     Winter has arrived in the "Kingdom of Creativity" . Snow and frost have covered everything in white. The lake has frozen and turned into a skating rink.    One day, the inhabitants of the kingdom noticed skate marks on the lake. Where did these marks come from? Has anyone been skating? It was incredible!       The next day, fresh marks appeared again. The lake froze well, making it safe to skate. The rink would be better if the snow covering the ice were cleared more. Vanessa woke up very early and looked out the window to see the snowfall. It was a fabulous sight! It was still very early, but she couldn't fall asleep, so she decided to go outside for a walk to avoid waking her sisters, who were sleeping soundly.    Vanessa went outside, and snowflakes circled quietly and slowly, like in a dance. Masquerade in the "Kingdom of Creativity"

   In the  "Kingdom of Creativity"  residents enjoy preparing for various holidays with great enthusiasm. The upcoming masquerade is no exception; inhabitants decorate the dance hall, discuss menu options, and prepare meals. Meanwhile, Vanessa is hard at work in her workshop. Having never attended a masquerade and lacking an appropriate outfit, Vanessa found red cotton fabric, and work in the workshop began quickly.      Vanessa's grandmother is a talented seamstress who created incredible clothes. Now the grandmother is traveling around the world. Vanessa loved spending time in her grandmother's workshop, watching her work her magic with needle and thread. Now, Vanessa is a seamstress herself and has inherited her grandmother's love for this craft. Flora decorates the swing. DIY How to make a swing for Barbie dolls

Doll island " Kingdom of Creativity ".
